COMMANDER'S WELCOME TO KARAMURSEL

15 November 1970

WELCOME TO KARAMURSEL COMMON DEFENSE INSTALLATION !

Your tour here will be one filled with pleasant experiences both in your daily contact with fellow workers and in your recreational and educational activities.

Turkey is an exotic country steeped in age-old tradition and legend. Easily accessible historic landmarks dating back to the Roman Empire dot the countryside.

This pamphlet was prepared to acquaint you a little with Turkey itself and to give you a breif resumé of our base facilities and activities.

I hope you will find this pamphlet not only interesting but also of some assistance in planning your trip to and your stay in Turkey.
